Modified F18vid.dll so that the intro move plays correctly when the sim is started in Warfare mode.

Modified F18.exe, prapper.dll, and wrapper.dll so that Big HUD fonts work when big fonts and Master-Mode-specific keymappings are enabled simultaneously; master modes switch at a normal speed when when Master-Mode-specific keymapping is activated.
